HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE ISO 9001:2008 QMS MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE English British backlinks print

Introduction

Being an MR is challenging! Nothing prepares you for it. Now for the first time, we will guide you on how to accomplish this task with ease, complete with the relevant knowledge and skills. Participants will be provided with structured knowledge on how to co-ordinate and manage the implemented QMS effectively and achieve the required objectives. This highly interactive course will impart important information and skills that are required to face the constant challenges encountered in a typical organisation that has implemented ISO 9001:2008 QMS. This course is designed by consultants with more than 20 years of experience in QMS implementation in a variety or organisations, ranging from multi-national and private corporations to public sector organisations.

Very Important for MRs of ISO 9001:2008 certified organisations!

Objectives

    • To provide participants with a detailed understanding on the importance, roles and responsibilities of a Management Representative.
    • What is the intent of the standard and how it helps organisations.
    • ISO 9001:2008 QMS how it came about, how it evolved and where it is headed.
    • The actual requirements of the standard and in particular, what are the specific requirements of the standard of an MR.
    • How to conduct/ coordinate effective audits and Management Review Meetings.
    • How to deal with internal resistance and make the QMS ‘work for the organisation’
    • To help participants integrate the knowledge from the above into their existing roles and responsibilities.

Duration

Two (2) Days - 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (with breaks for morning, lunch and evening)
