Objectives

The overall aim of the course is to provide your organisation with trained auditors who can:-

• apply audit methodology and techniques
• manage and lead an audit team effectively

The specific objectives are that by the end of the course, trainees will:- Understand:

• the principles underlying quality management
• the requirements of quality systems standards such as ISO 9000
• Quality systems structure and documentation
• audit methodology and techniques, and
• the IRCA/IATCA auditor registration scheme

Five (5) Days - 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (with breaks for morning, lunch and evening)
