Objectives
The overall aim of the course is to provide your organisation with trained auditors who can:-
- apply audit methodology and techniques
- manage and lead an audit team effectively
The specific objectives are that by the end of the course, trainees will:-
Understand:
- the principles underlying quality management
- the requirements of quality systems standards such as ISO 9000
- Quality systems structure and documentation
- audit methodology and techniques, and
- the IRCA/IATCA auditor registration scheme
