We are a Malaysian training and consultancy firm registered with the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. Our team comprises qualified consultants registered with the Department of Standards, Malaysia. Most of our consultants are registered Lead Auditors with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) based in the United Kingdom. QPIC is also affiliated to Managing for Quality Ltd, UK and Goal/QPC, USA. We are also a member of Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA), UK, a member of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) in Geneva and British Quality Foundation (BQF) UK. The purpose of these affiliations and memberships is to ensure new knowledge and happenings around the world are made known to us in a timely manner. With these strategic alliances, it is hoped that our customers will be the ultimate beneficiaries in terms of our ability, expertise and knowledge from the global arena.

We also provide advice and services in the areas of Customer Satisfaction and Statistical Analysis. We currently conduct training on Statistics and Statistical Analysis. We also help our clients conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and embark on Continual Improvement initiatives, in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 QMS requirements.

We have affiliations with ICT partners to assist our clients in developing IT and/or e-business solutions for their organisational requirements. With the breadth of our experience and IT resources, we are also the first organisation in this region to develop, implement and maintain ISO 9000 quality systems electronically to meet unique customer requirements.
